Drivers Safety Course Information
If eligible, once every twelve months, one (1) moving violation charge may be dismissed by taking a Drivers Safety Course (DSC). HOWEVER, YOU LOSE THAT RIGHT IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE COURT ON OR BEFORE YOUR APPEARANCE DATE of your desire to do so.
Compliance Violations
These are violations that may be dismissed if requirements are satisfied within the time frame allowed by law, and a dismissal fee paid. Contact the JP court for more information.

3. Expired Inspection Certificate (only if expired less than 60 days)
Financial Responsibility Offenses
(Insurance)
The violation may be dismissed, if sufficient proof of a valid insurance policy on the date and at the time of the citation is presented to the court on or before your appearance date and after verification from the insurance company. All insurance documents will be verified for validity on the day and time of the alleged violation.

2. When making a payment online, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your payment to process and be posted to your court case. Outstanding arrest warrants may still be enforced against you during the 1 to 2 business days prior to payment posting to your court case. It is important that you keep your receipt for proof of payment.

3. Completion of this transaction is contingent upon the authorization of payment by your Credit Card Company or bank. In the event your payment is not processed or authorized by your Credit Card Company or bank, your payment liability shall remain outstanding and unpaid and you will be subject to all applicable penalties, late fees and interest charges assessed by Bell County, all of which obligations remain your sole responsibilities.

4. I hereby understand that in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 27.14(c), case payment will result in a waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive all my rights to a trial. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT CASE PAYMENT WILL WAIVE MY RIGHT TO OTHER OFFENSE MEDIATIONS SUCH AS DEFENSIVE DRIVING AND COMPLIANCE DISMISSALS.
